Rogoznica is located in the picturesque cove-and-island landscape of middle Dalmatia, on the coast between Šibenik and Split. Your holiday in Rogoznica will be an enjoyment of the most beautiful sea in the Mediterranean region, with all the pleasures of mild Mediterranean climate, unique atmosphere and specific cousine and top-quality wines.

The international airport at Divulje is only 25 km away, while the town itself is located on the major Adriatic thoroughfare. Larger towns with hospitals and shops are within easy reach: Šibenik is 32 km away and Split 42 km.The spa is in Kaštela (30 km), the marine Frapa is 300 m away. nearby are many natural and historic sights: the lake called Zmajevo oko, the Krka National Park with the famous Roški slap and the monastery at Visovac, the Kornati National Park with hundreds islands that offer a marvellous experience of marine life and Robinson-style tourism. There are two ancient towns, Trogir and Šibenik with its cathedral. This corner of the Adriatic is still an ecologically preserved heaven. No wonder Orson Wells built his summer house here!

The villa is situated in a pine forest near the coast with a wonderful view of the open sea. Two-bed and four-bed apartments are luxuriously furnished and have separe entrances. Each apartment has a telephone and satellite TV, with a computer and fax machine available on request. there is, in each apartment, a well-equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bath or shower, toilet and a balcony with view on to the sea. The villa also has a gym and a summer terrace with swimming pool.

If you do not wish to cook, there is a restaurant with a variety of dishes on the menu. The salon with bar is a place for socialising. In the cool shade of the pine yard, space fitted with a large spit is provided for grill-parties. Your automobile will be parked in the shade of the pines. Boats and surf-boards can be stored in a storage space provided.
